Key Components of FLOW:
FLOW is a 10-week immersive experience designed to help you recognize and interrupt the patterns that pull you out of alignment, and consistently return to a grounded, clear, and powerful state of being. Through a combination of 1:1 coaching, group work, and practical tools, you’ll learn how to understand your core wiring, navigate disruption in real time, and make decisions from a place of clarity rather than reactivity.
What sets FLOW apart is its focus on lived transformation, not just insight. Instead of simply identifying behaviors or mindset shifts, you are given a repeatable process to work through challenges as they arise—integrating awareness, emotional regulation, and action into a single framework. The work goes beyond surface-level change, helping you engage both your strengths and your shadow so growth becomes embodied, sustainable, and applicable in your everyday life.
Week 1 – Getting Set Up
You’ll lay the foundation for your journey by completing key assessments, setting up your account, and scheduling your 1:1 session. This week ensures you begin with clarity, structure, and a personalized path forward.
Week 2 – Clarity & Direction
In your 1:1 session, you’ll identify your core challenges, define meaningful goals, and debrief your assessments. You’ll also solidify your Core Type, giving you a powerful lens to understand how you operate under pressure and in alignment.
Week 3 – Awareness in Relationship
You’ll meet the group in your first weekly Crew meeting and begin exploring how you show up with others through experiential exercises and guided journaling. This week builds awareness of your patterns in real-time connection.
Week 4 – Entering FLOW
You’ll learn what FLOW truly is and how to access it through practical tools like centering drills and understanding memorized states of being. This week gives you immediate practices to return to calm, clarity, and presence. Your crew space becomes a place to practice returning to presence together, reinforcing these tools through shared experience.
Week 5 – Understanding Drift
You’ll begin to recognize when and how you fall out of FLOW, identifying the mental patterns that pull you off center. By learning to spot these disruptions, you gain the power to interrupt them before they take over. In your crew, you’ll start naming these disruptions out loud, building awareness and accountability in real time.
Week 6 – Shadow & Self-Mastery
You’ll deepen your awareness of your Core Type by exploring both your strengths in FLOW and your tendencies in drift. This week helps you understand the role of shame, uncover your shadow patterns, and begin actively interrupting them. Your crew becomes a space to safely witness and work with shadow patterns, reducing shame and increasing ownership. This week includes a 1:1 coaching session.
Week 7 – Building Your Foundation
You’ll be introduced to the FLOW Process, starting with the first core element: Foundation. This week helps you create internal stability so you can respond to life with intention instead of reaction. In your crew meeting you’ll practice living out of your deep essence and truth.
Week 8 – Shifting Your Lens
You’ll develop the FLOW mindset by learning how to see challenges through curiosity rather than judgment. With tools like Lens and Oxygen, you’ll expand your perspective and create space for new possibilities. Your crew helps expand your perspective as you hear and practice alternative ways of seeing and responding.
Week 9 – Accessing Your Power
You’ll activate the final core element—Wildfire—where clarity turns into aligned action. This week shows you how to move through the full FLOW Process to solve problems, make decisions, and access your personal power. Within your crew, you’ll practice stepping into this power with visibility and support, strengthening your ability to act with intention.
Week 10 – Integration & Closure
You’ll integrate what you’ve learned into your everyday life, supported by a 1:1 coaching session and group connection. This week helps you leave with a clear sense of who you are becoming and how to continue forward. Your final crew gathering honors the work done together and reinforces the lasting impact of the relationships and insights gained.
